“Satisfaction or your money back” guarantee, If after participating live in the first 2 days of this event you feel that the content presented is not of sufficient value for you, you can ask us for a full refund of the fee.. To get the guarantee, the only thing you have to do is participate live in the first two days of the event.
At the end of the second day, if you are not satisfied, You’ll just need to communicate your decision verbally to a member of the staff by returning the bonuses obtained for free for participation in the event.

COVID GUARANTEE – FULL TICKETS ATTENDANTS ONLY

In the event that live participation is impossible due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to the start of the event due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic, the event will in any case be & nbsp; fully streamed and every FULL participant with live access will get a refund of 20% of the price paid.

You will then be refunded in the case of:

• Italy national lockdown;
• local lockdown in Italy concerning the area where the event is located (“red” area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation);
• national lockdown of your country of residence;
• local lockdown in the municipality or in the participant’s area of residence.

In case of non-participation due to the following conditions:
• Covid-19 infections
• epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, or a family member (with instructions from the authorities that prevent you from free movement)

you will be able to follow the event in streaming, but you will not be entitled to refunds.
However, unlike those who will not be present for personal reasons, at the end of the event we will send you to the address that you will indicate during the registration phase any materials dedicated to those who were in the room.

There is no refund for all participants with other types of tickets.
